looks like you have the problem for letting people leaving their comments rite..??
I'd just found out how to solve this:-
go to your blogger dashboard - at manage blog section select settings (to change settings of your blogs) - at the top, select the comments tab and I bet you know what you'll have to do here...
if you're still not sure, ask for me whenever you want.
